Class descriptions:
Womens Wellbeing (Yoga) : is a special class focusing all aspects about women’s health and wellbeing. Through the practices of Hatha yoga learn about the female body from a physical and energetic perspective, diet, rest and relaxation, delaying old age, & healing by using the bodies own natural resources & women’s mysteries. The class will include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing), creative visualization & meditation. A special yoga practice to assist us in staying connected with the feminine spirit within us.
Mums and Bubs: For mums with newly born children 0-6month(pre crawling). Join us in a supportive environment with your child and reconnect with your body and share your new experiences in motherhood with other mums.
Pre-Natal: Assist your body to adjust to the physical changes taking place, while cultivating a warm environment where you can explore the emotional changes of approaching motherhood.
Hatha – a deeply therapeutic practice of asana to purify the body, our relationship with others and to reestablish a steady and joyful connection with the Earth and all of life. Suitable for all levels.
