Partner Corporate Yoga

Partner Corporate Yoga is a healing art that teaches the fundamental value of joining and sharing with others. It demonstrates how we become more authentic and empowered through our willingness to open and connect.

Partner Corporate Yoga is a great team building practice  as it creates a sense of Community , skillful relating, creativity  and communicating (on a non verbal level as well).

Through the practice we learn how to work together as a group and in pairs of 2 and 3, to move through the yogic poses by the support and encouragement of our colleague.

This is a fun way to bring a team together for a fun out of the box practice and we may even get into some Acro Yoga poses to enhance creativity and go beyond any mental blockages.
